Alia A. Najjar, M.D., Esq.

focuses her practice on various aspects of healthcare law. As a licensed physician with general surgery training, she seamlessly blends medical experience with a critical eye for detail to assess the most complex civil litigation issues involving personal injury and professional negligence/medical malpractice, in addition to skillfully handling healthcare regulatory compliance, contract, employment, and administrative law matters. She has significant experience handling complex healthcare matters including case analysis, strategy formulation, negotiations, and handling all aspects of the case from inception throughout the life of the case, working closely with clients throughout the process to achieve the best possible results for her clients.
